Order Processing & Fulfillment

We use Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, to produce and ship our products. Each item is made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for order fulfillment before your item ships.

Shipping Times

After fulfillment, shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered:

• United States: 3-8 business days

• Canada: 5-12 business days

• Mexico: 5-15 business days

• International: 10-30 business days

Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary based on factors like customs delays or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order size. We aim to keep shipping costs fair while ensuring reliable delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at store@trailpathws.com. Printful covers lost packages reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund. Please review our Return Policy for details.
